Belmont Stakes 2020: Odds, Start Time, Post Positions And How To Watch Live

The 2020 Belmont Stakes is set to take place Saturday evening from Belmont Park in New York.

Belmont Stakes brings live action to the sports world

In a world that has been shut down sports-wise, horse racing fans will finally have a day to rejoice as the first leg of the Triple Crown is scheduled to take place.

COVID-19 has brought most of the world to a standstill, including the four major sports in the US.

2020 has been one of the strangest years in a long time – and it is only half over! The Belmont, which is usually the final race of the three Triple Crown events, has been moved to the front of the line due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Kentucky Derby, which has always been the first leg, will be run on Sept. 5. The final race this year will be the Preakness Stakes scheduled for Oct. 3.

All three races have been rescheduled due to the coronavirus pandemic, and this year’s Belmont will be run without spectators.
