CFP Odds 2022: Dates, Matchups, Game & Championship Odds Revealed For Michigan vs Georgia, Cincinnati vs Alabama

The college football playoff (CFP) schedule has been revealed. Spoiler alert, no one jumped the previous top four teams listed one week ago! Even with Alabama defeating Georgia in a huge way, the Bulldogs are still on their way to the postseason. And with both Michigan and Cincinnati winning easily, they were both no-brainers to make it to the CFP.

CFP Matchups

Let’s get right to it. Vegas oddsmakers don’t really believe that the Michigan Wolverines or the Cincinnati Bearcats have much of a shot to be crowned champions this upcoming January.

We get it. Alabama has all the experience in the world and Georgia is playing at a high level. They are both great teams. But so are the Wolverines and Bearcats.

Michigan HC Jim Harbaugh has arguably the best team in his midst since taking over back in 2014. Under coach Harbaugh, the Wolverines have turned things around dramatically during that time frame, however, the knock on Harbaugh was he couldn’t beat Ohio State.

Not only did that change this year, but his team also has a very realistic chance to win the National Championship – at least in our opinion.

Right now, no team is running the ball like the Wolverines. If that keeps up, watch out!

Don’t sell Luke Fickell and his Bearcats short either. The largest underdog in the field of four, these guys play with a major chip on their shoulder. Their offense, led by QB Desmond Ridder is one of the best in the country. Ridder tossed 30 touchdowns to just 8 interceptions in 2021 while leading Cinncy to an undefeated season.
