NFL Power Rankings Week 3: Raiders, Cardinals continue to roll, Eagles, Vikings sputter

The NFL Power Rankings for Week 3 have arrived. While it is no surprise that the Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs along with powerhouses like the Baltimore Ravens and Los Angeles Rams have started the season 2-0, a few other 2-0 squads are already raising some eyebrows.

Just Win, Baby! Las Vegas Raiders start strong

Are the Raiders for real? You bet they are! Following their incredible 34-24 win over the New Orleans Saints last night on Monday Night Football, Jon Gruden seems to have made good on his promise back in 2018 to make the Raiders winners once again.

The Raiders have made the jump from No. 15 in Week 1 to No. 5 this week and by watching their reaction after the game this team looks to be all in with coach Gruden!

Outside of Vegas, the Arizona Cardinals, Kansas City Chiefs, Buffalo Bills, Seattle Seahawks, LA Rams, Green Bay Packers, Tennessee Titans, Pittsburgh Steelers, Baltimore Ravens, and Chicago Bears will look to remain perfect in Week 3 – something not many fans saw coming.

Early NFL Power Ranking disappointments

The Detroit Lions are loaded with talent. Yet once again they are off to a slow start. The Lions have a tough road ahead and if they can’t right the ship quickly the Leo’s may be looking for a new head coach again.

Along with the Lions, the Vikings, Falcons, and Eagles are on the verge of hearing those dreaded words that this week is a “must-win game.”

Can these teams turn things around in Week 3? If they hope to make the postseason they had better. According to Pro Football Reference, teams that start the season 0-3 only have an 18-percent chance of making the playoffs. In other words, Week 3 is a must-win for many teams!
