Super Bowl Halftime Performer 2026 Market and Champion Odds Spotlight Predictions

Preview in new tab

The 2026 Super Bowl is likely to feature another intense clash between worthy NFL contenders.

However, many fans also enjoy the creative commercials and entertaining shows from the Super Bowl halftime performer(s).

There were mixed reactions to some recent performances, including hip-hop star Kendrick Lamar and singers The Weeknd and Rihanna.

The 2022 performance featuring a starstudded lineup of Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem and Kendrick drew praise, and won three Primetime Emmy Awards.

As of this writing, there are no official reports or statements for which artist will perform on stage for halftime in 2026.

However, a trading market exists with predictions for some of the favorites to headline the big event.

Super Bowl halftime performer market spotlights Live Nation boss

There are usually all types of Super Bowl props and odds associated to wager on. These range from how long the National Anthem goes for and what side the coin toss is at the start of the game.

There are also odds or “markets” for Super Bowl halftime performers, including who will perform, and right now, some surprising names appear on the trading market Kalshi.

Jay-Z is currently listed with a 28 percent chance to perform at halftime on this website, which offers various percentage-based financial markets.

The hip-hop legend is also the man who helps decide which artists perform at the halftime event and produces the show through his company Roc Nation.

On Kalshi’s list, singers Post Malone and Miley Cyrus have a 25 and 23 percent chance of headlining the 2026 show, respectively. Surprisingly, Taylor Swift is much further down the list and tied with Drake at six percent odds.

  • Jay-Z 28%
  • Post Malone 25%
  • Miley Cyrus 23%
  • Bad Bunny 14%
  • Metallica 13%
  • Morgan Wallen 13%
  • Dua Lipa 7%
  • Ariana Grande 7%
  • Taylor Swift 6%
  • Drake 6%

Will Jay-Z headline the Super Bowl halftime show?

Based on the way Kalshi works, the market that Jay-Z will headline costs 30 cents for each wager. The market that Jay-Z won’t headline costs more at 72 cents for each wager, suggesting odds are against him.

A $100 wager on “Yes” he will headline could return over $300 in that market, while a wager on “No” would return just $32 on top of your initial $100.

Jay-Z has never peformed in a Super Bowl halftime show during his career. However, his wife Beyonce headlined in 2013, and appeared as a surprise star in another show.

While Beyonce continues to perform and make headlines, Jay-Z has been mostly quiet. There was backlash over last year’s performer not being Lil Wayne, since the Super Bowl took place in New Orleans.

In addition, there is the ongoing Sean “Diddy” Combs legal matter. Jay-Z has worked with Combs in the past and they were known friends or associates. All of this makes it seem unlikely Jay-Z will be on stage in 2026 for the championship game, but anything’s possible.

While we won’t know which teams will battle it out in Super Bowl 2026, we do know which teams are favored to make the big game. Here are the latest NFL odds (Via BET ESPN) to win Super Bowl 60 this upcoming February.
