Yankees Cat Steals Show vs. Orioles, Gets “Let’s Go Cat!”, “MVP! MVP!” Cheers

When the home team is getting bombed, the best players can hope for is a distraction. Last night, the Yankees got just that! Trailing by 6 runs to lowly Baltimore Orioles, a stray cat decided it was time to make a grand entrance.

After sprinting into left field, the cat decided that not only would he check out the scenery, he was going to leave on his own terms. In the end, that is exactly what the cat did.

From cheers of “Let’s go cat!” to “MVP! MVP!” it is fair to say that the little guy was the brightest spot of yesterday’s 7-1 loss for Yankees fans. If you were cheering for Baltimore, this was like an impromptu halftime show on top of the nice win. Enjoy!
