Michigan, Georgia, and Alabama Top Favorites To Win 2023-24 College Football National Championship – Odds For Each Team Revealed
The Michigan Wolverines must be asking themselves how they lost to TCU in the CFP on New Year’s Eve. After watching Georgia totally dismantle TCU last night by the tune of 65-7, Wolverines fans are asking the same thing. Despite their second straight loss in the College Football Playoffs, Michigan is once again among the top favorites to win next season’s national championship.
Michigan, Georgia, Bama lead the way
According to Draft Kings, the now two-time defending Georgia Bulldogs will once again open as the favorite to win next season at +275. The Bulldogs will be attempting to be the first team to three-peat since the Minnesota Golden Gophers from 1934-36.
WILD CARD WEEKEND — NFL Playoff Schedule
Right behind the Georgia Bulldogs are the Alabama Crimson Tide. Like Georgia, Alabama will have to replace a top-notch quarterback in Bryce Young. Young, along with Georgia QB Stetson Bennett will both be headed to the NFL Draft this spring. Both QB’s have had great careers and will be hard to replace, yet Vegas odds makers believe the new signal-callers will pick up where their predecessors left behind.
Rounding out the top three are the Michigan Wolverines. Despite all the hype around Jim Harbaugh possibly leaving and their ability to falter in bowl games, Michigan is the third overall favorite to claim the 2024 National Championship at +800.
