The 2021 World Series schedule is officially set! The Atlanta Braves finished off the Los Angeles Dodgers on Saturday night to claim the National League Pennant. The Braves will now face the AL champion Houston Astros in the 2021 World Series. While both teams were in the top 10 favorites to win the World Series back in March, not many experts predicted this matchup when the playoffs began in early October.

The World Series schedule will open at Minute Maid Park in Houston, Texas on Tuesday, October 26. While the Braves and Astros have never met in the World Series, they do have a postseason history between them.
Before Houston moved to the American League in 2013, the Astros and Braves squared off many times in the NL postseason. The two squads met in the 2005 NLDS with the Astros coming out on top. They also clashed in 1997, 1999, 2001, and the 2004 playoffs.
So who will come out victorious and capture the 2022 crown?
Vegas oddsmakers have the Astros favored to win the series at -140 with the comeback on Atlanta set at +125. This really is a tough series to call.

We think Freeman will continue his great play (.294 avg, 3 home runs, and 1.072 OPS) is a big reason the Braves dethroned the defending champion LA Dodgers.
